The Plan

So what's the plan?

The plan goes something like this -

Monday : Gym
Tuesday : Futsal
Wednesday : Gym
Thursday : Gym /Break / Futsal (if any)
Friday : Gym
Saturday : R&R with Friends and Family
Sunday : Badminton

And whats the goal here? To lose about 4-5 kilogrammes by May.
