YEs, this is the first installment of my food review. I'll be reviewing a quaint little place called Brisik, which is located at the spanking new Jaya One. For those who don't know where Jaya One is, its located near UTAR PJ in section 13, near the Rothmans roundabout. There are many eateries there and the 1st time i went there, i was spoilt for choice.
So after walking a round a couple of times, we decided to eat at this place called Brisik. Its entrance is at the ground floor but the restaurant space is located upstairs. The place looks really nice and cosy, well decorated.
Food wise, we ordered like 4 dishes and all 4 also turned out not nice. Sorry if i cant remember what the dishes were because ia ctually went there last month. But i ordered whatever that was recommended by the staff there.
The price itself is not expensive for a classy looking spot, but the portions are not big either.
I like the ambience but after trying the food there, i've given it a Death Sentence (DS). What this means is that it is highly unlikely i'll be going back to that place restaurant ever again.
The place looks like it was verhy well designed by the interior desinger, but unfortunately, the food seems to have been cooked by the interior designer.
Ambience: 7/10
Taste: 4/10
Service: 6/10
